Great product - and a personal call
I ordered this item and a few days later someone from the company actually called me to confirm my specs (it's a custom mat). How great is that? The item arrived in great condition and fit perfectly. Price was very good as well. I would definitely recommend this company, and plan to use them again.

Great Mats!
Suburb customer service, no question went unanswered . The mats arrived and I am so impressed with the quality and workmanship. My only thought is that the shipping cost was high for the amount of product.

Issue
The mat was a custom size and was perfect. The only problem with the product was the packaging was not sufficient and the mat was severly creased due to damage in shipping.

I am a complete novice with frames and mats and things. I was given some odd size prints that the local hobby store didn't want to deal with. I found the mat board center, custom size prints?
