If you order any free shipping item and non-free shipping item, you must separate them into two orders: one for the free shipping item and one for the non-free shipping item.
- How long does it take to make and ship mat boards?
We ship out most orders on the same day if the order has been placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time. However, in the case in which your order can not be shipped within 2 business days, we will contact you by email to inform you of your expected shipping date. If the expected shipping date is not satisfactory with you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. Please allow up to 5-6 additional business days for your order to arrive at your door. The farther you are away from South San Francisco (CA), the longer the shipment will take. Generally, shipments to NYC take just 5 business days while shipments to Los Angeles take 1-2 business days.
Please contact us before 11:00 AM Pacific Time at 1-844-299-1500 to confirm same day shipping on any overnight, express, or regular ground shipping for your items.

- What is the largest size mat board you make?
The largest size mat board we currently have is 24" x 36". - Do custom mat boards take longer than standard mat boards to ship?
It takes about a day to cut and ship out a custom cut order. Bulk Custom Mat orders may require additional time for processing.

All mats are available through our website. You can choose from our Standard mat boards and Custom mat boards. Please contact us for details about Bulk Custom Mat orders. You can also call 1-844-299-1500 to place your order. Once you have finished selecting you products, proceed to check out with your cart and fill out the required information. You should receive a confirmation email soon and a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Are there different mat boards and cuts available other than what is listed in the custom area?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of different types of cuts and boards than is listed on the website. Please contact us if you have a specific type of cut, board, or design in mind.
- Do all mats have a bevel cut?
Yes, all of our mats have a bevel cut window. - What size mats do you offer?
We offer all the standard size mats. If you need custom cut sizes, please go check under our custom cut page tab or email us through our contact page.
- What are the different types of mats that you carry?
We carry White, Black, and Cream Core mats.
- Are the mat boards acid-free?
All mat boards we carry and sell are up to industry standards. They are marketed as acid free by their manufacturers.
- Should I use decorative mating or an archival when framing?
It depends on what you are framing and for what occasion. Decorative matting is preferred when displaying art work in a gallery or art exhibit. Archival suits art work that is being sold or framed for long time storage. If you are unsure, please consult with an expert.
- How do I calculate the prices?

- What is a blank mat board?
A blank mat board is a mat board which does not have an opening window.
- Do you have a print catalog?
Yes. You can request a catalog on the website and we will mail it to you.
- How accurate are your color representations?
While we strive to show you the mat colors, styles, and patterns as best as possible, due to individual monitor setting and scanning limitations, it is sometimes impossible to reproduce these colors exactly over the internet. Please request a catalog on the website prior to placing your order.
- Do you offer mat boards with multiple windows?
We do offer mat boards with multiple windows. If it is not shown on our website, please email us to request this style of mat board.
